When you register for a trade account or place an order, we collect: business name and contact name; business email address and phone number; business address; VAT number and EORI number (where provided); order history and transaction data; login credentials (password stored in encrypted form). We also collect technical data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited via server logs and cookies.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the following legal bases under GDPR: contract performance (to fulfil orders and manage your trade account); legal obligation (to comply with tax, customs, and CITES requirements); legitimate interests (to operate the platform, prevent fraud, and communicate about orders); consent (for optional communications such as WhatsApp stock updates).

To process and fulfil your orders; to manage your trade account; to send order confirmations and account notifications; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; to send stock updates and announcements where you have opted in.
