Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Crazy Coral Wholesale platform operated by GetSales Sp. z o.o. By registering for a trade account and placing orders, you agree to these terms in full.

1. About Us

Crazy Coral Wholesale is operated by GetSales Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland with company number KRS 0000439196 and tax identification number NIP PL 562 180 33 82. Our registered address is Jastrzębia 12, 86-021 Żołędowo, Poland.

2. Trade Accounts

This platform is open exclusively to registered businesses operating as aquatics retailers or related trade businesses. By applying for a trade account, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and not as a consumer. Applications are reviewed manually. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke trade account access at our discretion without providing a reason.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed are trade prices exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including after confirmation, if stock is no longer available or if an error in pricing or product information is identified.

4. WYSIWYG Listings

Where a listing is marked as WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), the photograph represents the exact specimen that will be shipped. All other listings may vary in appearance from photographs shown.

5. Payment

Payment is accepted by invoice (for approved accounts), Stripe, or PayPal. Invoice accounts are subject to agreed payment terms. Overdue invoices may result in suspension of trade account access.

6. Shipping and Risk

Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We use specialist livestock couriers and pack all animals to current best practice standards. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. We ship to all 27 EU member states. We do not ship outside the EU.

7. Live Arrival and DOA Policy

Our DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy covers livestock that arrives dead or in a condition that makes survival impossible. Claims must be submitted within two hours of delivery with photographic evidence. See our separate DOA Policy page for full details.

8. CITES and Import Documentation

Where applicable, CITES documentation is provided with shipments. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with any import regulations in their country. We will not be liable for delays, seizures, or costs arising from import regulatory issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the death or deterioration of livestock after delivery.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms were drafted as a working document and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before relying on them.
