Shipping Information
Where We Ship
We ship live coral and marine livestock to all 27 EU member states from our facility in Żołędowo, Poland. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated per box based on your destination country and order size. All costs are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.
Packaging
All livestock is packed using specialist live animal packaging including insulated boxes, heat or cool packs as appropriate for the season, and oxygen-enriched water bags. We follow current industry best practice for live coral transit.
Carriers
We use specialist livestock couriers experienced in live animal transport. We do not use standard parcel carriers for livestock shipments.
Transit Times
Estimated transit times vary by destination country. As a guide:
- Poland: Next business day
- Central Europe (Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Hungary): 1–2 business days
- Western Europe (France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain): 2–3 business days
- Northern Europe (Sweden, Finland, Denmark): 2–3 business days
- Southern and Eastern Europe: 3–5 business days
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Dispatch Days
We dispatch Monday to Wednesday only to ensure livestock does not spend a weekend in transit. Orders placed after our Wednesday cut-off will be dispatched the following Monday. You will be notified of your dispatch date when your order is confirmed.
Risk and Liability
Risk in goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure livestock arrives in good condition, but we cannot control conditions during transit.
Collection
Collection from our facility in Żołędowo, Poland is available at no shipping cost. Select the collection option at checkout. Please contact us in advance to arrange a collection time at hello@crazycoralwholesale.com or +48 609 062 520.
CITES Shipments
Where CITES documentation is required, we will prepare the relevant paperwork. This may add one to two business days to the dispatch timeline. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with import regulations in their country.
